Everything works as before for me.
I think it is worth discussing with a urologist as it could be down to a number of causes.

The good news it that its more than likely NOT nerve damage. So long as you can achieve erection. If its nerve damage you wouldnt even achieve erection, let alone ejaculate (I presume this is what you mean in your post as it didnt make the most sense Im afriad.)
Leakage from the back end is normal. Its mucous. The amount that leaks out can come and go. When I still had my rectum I found that when you get really hot n sweaty the mucous could liquidfy and thus needs to vacate the body sooner than before and faster and appear more.
Also worth bearing in mind is that is often reported by guys that they lose the ability to ejaculate and sometime achieve erection for the first six months or so post op, and then slowly with time the "powers" return and all is fine n dandy again.
As always if AT ALL worried, about damage to sexual function please do go and see your Doctor who can talk to you about it.
Hope this helps.
Buh bye now,
Jason D
