Well that was a disaster well averted then huh? I was always under the impression with irrigation that once the water was in you gave it 45 minutes to do its job before you left the safety of the bathroom / house (or in this case, doc office.) Better luck next time Hilary! Im sure next time will be easier. J.

Hiya Hilary! Glad to hear it "went well" (eventually ). Two questions for ya: If you've had a colostomy since birth, is there a reason why you can irrigate now but couldn't before? And .... Haven't you changed your little av? I could swear she looks happier than she did ..... Julie XXX

3lb? ? Geez, so when ppl say you we're full of sh*t, you can prove to them its correct. I never realised it would weigh so much, thats amazin. The Poo Plan Diet. It might catch on. (Name here by patent pending, and all rights reserved.) ;D Nice to hear it all went much better today though - being serious now. An hour is abut average I should think for early days attempts. You'll get quicker with practise but ultiamtely the time is limited by the amount of water and that time that takes to ravel inside I guess. So - whats the hair colour of choice today Hilary? Buh bye now, J.

I am g;ad to hear that the irrigation is working out for you, usually it takes three times for me to get something down, glad it only took you two. ;D ;D My output varies between thick and solid to very runny, the more water I drink the more liquid it is most of the time but not always, some foods aslo affect how liquid it is, I can not seem to get the pattern down except if i drink several glasses of orange juice, zap liquid rocket fuel, anyone else expierence that? sometimes the very soid may be related to the narcots I take but again I can not get a pettern down.

Hi Hilary! Glad Day Two went well ..... sounds like you're getting there! I can't believe you went so long without Them telling you about irrigation - it seems to be such a boon for a lot of people. Doesn't it make you wanna scream? Thanks for solving the puzzle re your av - I think they're so cute ..... but I like the scaredy one best. ;D My little av has been all over the Net with me, and I'm very attached to her. She has my hair and eye colour, but what I like best is that she's sitting on her backside and winking - me to a tee! Julie XXX

>>>I know it seems impossible for me coz Im so cheery all the time but Im just gonna be in even better form! May god have mercy on us all...... Hehehe. J/k - thats great. Who would have thought something as "simple" as that would make such a difference to moods and happiness. U kinda make me wish I could do it now, co si need cheering up today, but I cant. Hilary is big enough trouble to control in the chat room as it is.... Let alone with this new found invigoration and happiness. lol. Jase.
