(Please note, only ADMINS can post or reply on this section of the board, it is for admin messages only. If you have a tech support query, please post it on the tech support part of the board where guests can post freely.
If you are a guest of the message board, there are certain section of the community board you cannot access. To access these you need to register for a username, and then login to the board.
To Register:
At the top of the board you will see the following.
Welcome to the board Guest, please Login or Register.
Click on the word register.
This takes you to a page where you can select your username, and specify your email address. You MUST give a valid email address as the board will automatically message you a password to use with your username so you can login in the board.
Once you have chosen your user name, and given your email address, read the terms and condition, below them, click on the I AGREE radio button, and then click the REGISTER button.
NOTE: Only click the button once, it may take a minute or so for your name to be registered. If you click it again before it is finished you will not get a password sent to you and your chosen username will no longer be available. (If this should happen email me and I’ll delete that username for you so you can start over.)
Once registered you are automatically taken to the login screen. Check your mail for the password, it should arrive very quickly, insert your username and password where asked, and click LOGIN.
That is it. Once logged in you can access all parts of the board, and reply to everyones messages.
To Login, in the future
To login to the board in the future, click the word LOGIN at the top of the screen.
You can tell if you are logged in by checking the wording at the top of the board. If it says – “Welcome <username>, you have X messages, and X are new” – then you are logged in. If it says "Welcome Guest, etc etc" then you are not logged in.
Questions, queries, problems? Email me. messageboard@colostomyuk.co.uk
-or- Post them to the Tech Support section of the board, where guests can post and reply freely. ;D
Thanks for reading this.
